Location:
All these positions are site based hence candidates should be willing to work anywhere across North & Western Part of India.

Openings available in the following functions:
Planning & Contract - (No of positions vacant - 04)
- The role is responsible for managing planning activities at site and prepare strategies for the projects.
- Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress, identify areas of weakness, establishes means and methods for recovery & new critical activities (if any).
- Prepares weekly / monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
- Familiarity to use Primavera.
- Review all the conditions of contracts and ensure any project specific changes if required.
- Management and administration of all project's contractual activities from initiation to handover.
- Collaborating with supporting functions across business including operations, HR, Finance and Business Development.
- Participate in risk assessments and be aware of the related ongoing compliances monitoring in different projects.
- Identification of other party obligation and monitor project claim strategy.
- Managing contractual and commercial procedures such as variation, claims, amendment order, EOT, and defense from any claim or LD.
- Providing support to project team on contractual issues.
Execution - (No of positions vacant - 04)
- Experience in execution of jobs relating to foundation engineering.
- Codes and standards for various works in foundation engineering.
- Execution of project as per standard, specification with quality and safety.
Quality - (No of positions vacant - 04)
- Implementation of Quality management system and maintain the product quality at site.
- Establishment of Quality assurance and Quality control activities for Ground improvements like stone column, Vibro compaction, Piling, Diaphragm wall and Anchoring, Grouting works at site.
- Reviews of project specifications and ensure work performed at site complies with contract requirements.
- Knowledge of IS, BS and ASTM, ACI codes etc. about Ground improvement and deep foundation and concrete is essential.
Business Development- (No of positions vacant - 04)
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Maintain client relationship with existing clients to create new business opportunities.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, and conferences.
