Operational Excellence:
• Quality "Zero Defects" for project under control and follows the guidelines defined under QMS

Deeper understanding of Cost and Market:
• Takes all steps to achieve the Gross Margin as earmarked in the costing sign-off document.

• Project Cash Flow: Always ensures 100% certification of Invoice as per the agreed project
schedules and makes attempts to realize payments within the defined timelines Always keeps
the project in a positive cash flow.
Stakeholder Management
• Negotiates effectively with the stakeholders (Internal & External) on various project related
issues and milestones. Manages all escalations and remains self-accountable unless the
issues are resolved.
• Leverages customer relationship to ensure payments are made within the stipulated timelines.

2. Analysis of structure using Staad Pro Software.
3. Preparation of rebar detailing drawing, structural steel fabrication drawing and Bar bending schedules.
4. Preparation of calculations, technical reports, detailed designs, good for construction drawings, coordination with customers, consultants, and internal teams as per project / client requirements for the ongoing projects.
5. Support marine business development for reviewing tender documents including site visits as and when required
6. Meeting the Customers and understanding their requirements. (During Tender stage and Execution)
